Relaxation means different things to different people. For some, it is deep site-specific treatment on a large muscle group like hips and glutes. For others, it is a session that involves movement while the therapist engages the muscle for a fascial release. Others find relaxation means working the fascia and small muscles of the neck, face, and jaw. Some people prefer a full body experience. The key difference is the quality of the therapist.
Drawing on over a decade of working full-time in the industry, as well as massage education in multiple states and countries, I will curate a massage based on your needs. When you book an appointment with me, I draw on skills and techniques honed in settings from working in a medical office, backstage at the Pacific Northwest Ballet, and at the top athletic clubs in Seattle. Feel the difference of being in the trusted hands of an experienced massage therapist!
